This gîte benefits from 300 m² of unenclosed land and a terrace with garden table and parasol, offering a magnificent view over the Cère valley, ideal for hikers or simply to relax and recharge your batteries.
The gîte is ideally situated for hiking (Monts du Cantal, Puy Mary, Puy Griou, Cascade du Faillitoux and Pas de Cère are all nearby). You can also discover the richness of our built heritage by visiting the medieval towns of Murat and Vic-sur-Cère, the Château de Pesteils and the Notre Dame de Consolation chapel in Thiézac.
Gîte with first-floor entrance. Second floor: living room with flat-screen TV, large independent kitchen, shower room with toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. On 2nd level, 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 x single bed. Oil-fired central heating in living room and kitchen, electric heating in bedrooms and bathroom. Electricity charged extra according to consumption. Gîte supplied by private spring, bottled water provided.
